Amputee Football Association Scotland aims to develop the game of amputee football across Scotland, with a view to creating an amputee football Scottish league.

At present, we have a national team, in addition to teams having been developed at Partick Thistle and at Dundee United. Our rolling #LegOffGameOn roadshow aims to take the game to clubs across Scotland.

AFAS currently competes in the Irish Amputee Football Association League, taking part in regular fixtures, while the national team participates in regular friendly matches against our European counterparts. In future, we hope to qualify and compete in the Amputee Football European Championships; the Amputee Football World Cup; and the Nations League.

In November 2022, we hosted Belgium, Israel and Ireland in Scotland's inaugural international tournament. This was terrific preparation for the Nations League in 2023.
